EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM KELUARGA BERENCANA METODE KONTRASEPSI JANGKA PANJANGDI WILAYAH KECAMATAN CIPEDES KOTA TASIKMALAYA

Abstract

Melihat kependudukan saat ini, khususnya masalah kependudukan di Indonesia, sebagai respon terhadap masalah kepadatan penduduk yang semakin memburuk, pemerintah Indonesia telah meluncurkan Program Keluaraga Berencana (KB). Program ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi angka kelahiran dan mengatur jumlah anggota keluarga, agar setiap keluarga dapat lebih fokus pada peningkatan kualitas hidup, Pendidikan, dan kesejahteraan. perlu disadari Kebijakan Publik merujuk pada proses dan hasil Keputusan yang diambil oleh pemerintah atau Lembaga publik untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan tertentu dalam Masyarakat. Kebijakan ini bisa mencakup berbagai bidang, seperti ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, lingkungan, dan lainnya. Kebijakan publik biasanya bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan umum atau kepentingan masyarakat secara luas dan sering melibatkan proses perumusan, implementasi, serta evaluasi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak,dalam penelitian kualitatif adalah obyek yang alamiah, atau natural setting, sehingga metode penelitian ini sering disebut sebagai metode naturalistic, obyek yang alamiah adalah obyek yang apa adanya, dimanipulasi oleh peneliti sehingga kondisi pada saat peneliti memasuki obyek, setelah berada di obyek dan setelah keluar dari obyek relative tidak berubah. Sebagai lawannya dari metode ini adalah metode eksperimenhasil penelitian, wawancara dengan berbagai informan terkait program keluarga berencana metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang (MKJP) di wilayah Kecamatan Cipedes Kota Tasikmalaya dapat dikategorikan cukup efektif. disimpulkan bahwa program ini sudah berjalan namun belum sepenuhnya efektif. terlihat dari masih rendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam menggunakan metode MKJP dibandingkan metode jangka pendek. Meskipun fasilitas telah tersedia dan alat kontrasepsi diberikan secara gratis

Abstract

Looking at the current population, especially the population problem in Indonesia, as a response to the worsening population density problem, the Indonesian government has launched the Family Planning Program (KB). This program aims to reduce the birth rate and regulate the number of family members, so that each family can focus more on improving the quality of life, education, and welfare. It should be realized that Public Policy refers to the process and results of decisions taken by the government or public institutions to achieve certain goals in society. This policy can cover various fields, such as economics, health, education, environment, and others. Public policy usually aims to meet the general needs or interests of the wider community and often involves the process of formulation, implementation, and evaluation involving various parties, in qualitative research is a natural object, or natural setting, so this research method is often referred to as a naturalistic method, a natural object is an object as it is,

manipulated by the researcher so that the conditions when the researcher enters the object, after being in the object and after leaving the object are relatively unchanged. As the opposite of this method is the experimental method, research results, interviews with various informants related to the family planning program, long-term contraceptive methods (MKJP) in the Cipedes District of Tasikmalaya City can be categorized as quite effective. It was concluded that this program has been running but has not been fully effective. It can be seen from the still low level of community participation in using the MKJP method compared to short-term methods. Although the facilities are available and contraceptives are provided free of charge.
