Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengendalian mutu budidaya jamur tiram terhadap minat beli konsumen di CV. SRJ Saung Mushroom Queen Cisayong Tasikmalaya. Pengendalian mutu yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi standar bahan baku, standar tenaga kerja, standar peralatan produksi, dan standar kualitas produk. Minat beli konsumen diukur berdasarkan perhatian, minat, keinginan mencoba, dan niat membeli ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif, dan strategi pengumpulan data meliputi penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen. Data dikaji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji-t, dan koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data valid dan reliabel, serta variabel pengendalian mutu memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Dampak pengendalian mutu terhadap minat beli konsumen adalah sebesar 34%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar variabel penelitian. Dengan demikian, semakin baik pengendalian mutu diterapkan dalam budidaya jamur tiram, semakin tinggi minat konsumen terhadap produk yang ditawarkan oleh CV. SRJ Saung Ratu Jamur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of oyster mushroom cultivation quality control on consumer purchasing behavior at CV. SRJ Saung Ratu Jamur Cisayong, Tasikmalaya. Quality control measures in this study include raw material standards, labor standards, production equipment standards, and product quality standards. Consumer purchasing intention is measured through attention, interest, desire to try, and repurchase intention. This study uses quantitative techniques with an associative method, and data are collected through questionnaires sent to users. The data were examined using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and coefficients of determination. The findings demonstrate that the data are valid and reliable, and that the quality control variable has a considerable impact on customer purchasing interest. The magnitude of the influence is 34%, implying that quality control accounts for 34% of the variation in customer buying interest, with the remaining 66% influenced by factors not investigated in this study. As a result, the more effective quality implementationcontrol in oyster mushroom cultivation, the higher the consumer's interest in purchasing products offered by CV. SRJ Saung Ratu Jamur.
